Terms of Service

1. Service

Ash Creator is a private AI-assisted workflow used to prepare, upload, and manage short-form video content for an authorized TikTok account. The service may authenticate a user through TikTok Login Kit and may upload content through TikTok Content Posting API.

2. Authorized use

The service may only be used by the owner or an authorized operator of the connected TikTok account. The service must not be used to access, upload to, or act on behalf of any account without explicit permission.

3. Content responsibility

The user is responsible for all uploaded or published content, including rights ownership, music usage, trademark issues, privacy permissions, and compliance with TikTok policies and applicable law.

4. Drafts and publishing

The service may upload videos as drafts and, if enabled in the future, may publish directly to the authorized TikTok account. The user remains responsible for reviewing content before publication and for the consequences of publication.

5. Account connection

TikTok account access is obtained only through TikTok's authorized OAuth flow. The service relies on tokens issued by TikTok and may stop functioning if those permissions are revoked, expired, or changed by TikTok.

6. Availability

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Uptime, uninterrupted delivery, or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

7. Suspension or termination

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time if there is a security concern, misuse, policy violation, or technical issue.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
